He really did! And they are getting married in Italy...This engagement announcement couldn't have been any cuter (if i can say so myself:) Jeff popped the question by the Queensboro Bridge in Brooklyn. How romantic! What I love the most about this couple is that they insisted on having their sweet chiwawa be part of this special moment!!!
